In the future,all electric equipment at home is under the con-trol of computers. People can learn about the situation of the house by working on the computer at the office. 如果人人都自顾自地四射锋芒，何来和谐？这本不难理解，但是膨胀的虚荣心急切地寻找出口时，他们往往不会在这样“不相干”的问题上费神。
所以隐藏优势是一种适可而止的智慧。很多所谓的“怀才不遇”，不过是很狂妄罢了。
而还有一些“怀才不遇”，似乎是很委屈。他们的确有某方面的优势，但是当他们努力展示时，似乎那一切都毫无价值，于是唯有独自黯然。
这样的悲剧让人同情，却也只是同情，因为他们希翼只凭优势，就能发光。这就如同一个小女孩的梦，如泡沫般绚丽，也如泡沫般脆弱，而湮灭是泡沫的宿命。对于过分宣扬自己优势的依赖暗示着对付诸行动的逃避。他们要么亲手砸碎它，要么等现实砸给他们看。
子曰，“君子欲敏于行而讷于言”。隐藏优势是一种选择证明自己的勇气。锋芒内敛才是真正的大气和自信。
所谓优势，应当是一种恩赐，我们唯有以感恩的心太去接受它，以理性的眼光去看待它，以积极的行动去利用它，方能获得现实的成就，感受心灵的充实，得到真正的尊重。
聚光灯继续发出强烈的光，一片喧嚣中，我仿佛听到一个从容的声音：静以修身，俭以美德，非淡泊无以明志，非宁静无以致远。

Some people think that imagination is good for many things. First, imagination makes it possible to experience a whole world inside the mind. However, some people hold a negative view on it. They think it does not matter whether you have imagination or not. First, imagination is not practical, which makes people daydreamers. Second, people sometimes do not have to be imaginative in life or work. If they follow the step-by-step schedule, they also would succeed. In their eyes, imagination is a creative power but it is not necessary to achieve success in any field.
As I am concerned, I think we should recognize the importance of the power of the imagination, maintain, and develop our imagination as time steps. Understanding how to use your imagination correctly will put you on the golden path to success, satisfaction, and happiness.

大部分的采访对象，都需要付出比常人更多的辛苦，然而得到的酬劳却仅仅只能够满足自己的最基本需求，即便如此大多数时候都是在饿肚子。
这样的状况不仅令当事人自己陷入恶性循环中，她的孩子在未来也往往同样贫穷。贫穷在代际之间传递，但她们为了生存一刻都没有停歇过。
这甚至让采访的记者赶到困惑，像日本这样的发达国家，居然也有这么多的女性连每天吃饱饭都做不到吗？
在东亚社会，结婚后安心做主妇一直是主流，所有人都会这样想。对于只有丈夫工作的家庭，日本政府甚至会有相应的免税政策，以及针对主妇的免费养老保险。
另一方面，日本的终身雇佣制与糟糕的经济形成了巨大的矛盾，更多人不得不接受毫无保障的雇佣，几乎得不到应有的社会福利。这其中女性的人数超过一半，工资酬劳也只有男性的70%到80%左右。男女之间年薪差异甚至可以达到一半以上。
过于依靠家庭和歧视性的雇佣制度导致的`后果是，一旦失去丈夫，女性很快就会陷入贫困之中。她们缺乏工作经验，难以找到薪酬较高的工作，还要带孩子、操持家务，每日疲于奔命。
我突然理解为何总有人说单亲家庭的孩子容易出问题了，特别是单亲妈妈带的孩子。并不是因为孩子必须有父亲的陪伴，而是单身女人独自带孩子是一件非常、非常、非常艰难的事情，她可能要把所有时间都花费在挣钱上，才能仅仅填饱母子的肚子。
有被采访的单亲妈妈一个人带三个孩子，她找不到正式的工作，不得不同时打三份工。除了挣出四个人的生活费以外，她还必须挤出钱给孩子交学费，至于孩子们期待去上的课外班则完全无能为力。
尽管这位妈妈很注重教会孩子们就算贫穷也要努力自强，但这种家庭中有多少孩子能够得到母亲百忙之中额外的教诲呢？更多的人可能会中途辍学，找不到稳定的工作，成为社会的边缘群体。
女性的贫穷是被忽略的。人们总以为她们可以通过结婚找人养着，却不去看那些苦苦挣扎的、家庭保障以外的人。
即便我们不提婚姻是否能真正让女性幸福，过大的女男不同酬也在危害着女性的生存。
就业歧视、社会保障不足、教育资源昂贵……这些困难是靠个人努力无法解决的，然而“都是她们不努力”的指责却不绝于耳。
“你是要找生活艰辛的女性吗？那要多少有多少啊！”
记者在去职业培训学校找采访对象的时候，校长这样对他说。
这样的话实在是无比刺耳。
