As is shown above, a leader father is sitting in the chair with a seal grasping in the hand, and a lot of money beside him. He seriously said to his son that there is more to life than just money -it is power. Simple as the picture is, but a profound truth is reveled in the picture.
I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

春天到了，黄色的油菜花开了，火红的映山红开得格外鲜艳，大地仿佛睡醒了，一切都是那么美丽。下课时同学们兴致勃勃地讨论周末春游的事，有人建议一起骑车去看春天。我呆呆地在一旁听着。我想：春游？好啊！我也想去！可我不会骑车呀！唉！
唉！别妄想了，我还是别去了吧。我偷偷地走到一边，自己做自己的.事情。她们看到我，马上走过来，不停地劝我，叫我一定要去，我只好勉强答应下来了。
星期五，我们都放学回家了，在回家的路上，我一边走一边思考：怎么办呀？星期天就要去了，我只有一天的时间可以练习！我不能失约，要努力练习骑自行车，加油！
星期六一大早我就起床了。早饭也没吃，我就把姐姐也叫了起来，拉上自行车一起到操场上去准备练习了。到了操场，我坐在座垫上，两手握住手把手，一只脚踩在踏板上，另一只脚踩在地上，姐姐在后面帮我扶着，不让我摔倒。我那只在踏板上的脚先起步，使劲一蹬，车轮开始向前滚动，我赶忙把另一只脚抬起来，踩在踏板上，使劲往前蹬。可是骑了才不到一圈，车子就往右边歪了，倒了下去。我马上把脚踩在地上，幸好动作快，不然……没事，再来！我又把右脚踩在踏板上，向前骑去。这一次很顺利，车子往前走了一段路，没有歪倒！前面是排球网，自行车是能过去，人就过不去了。我还不会弯，怎么办？离排球网越来越近了，没有办法，只好撞上去了，“轰！”车子倒了，我也摔倒在地上，摔得腰酸背痛。即使这样摔了，但我还是继续练习。我站起来，继续练习，不久后，我终于练成了，这下没问题了。经过一天的练习，我已经很熟练了，而且骑得很快。这下可以好好地跟同学们玩了，真好！
只有不断练习，才会取得成功，因为失败乃成功之母嘛！我以后也要独立，学会自己生存，这样生活才有希望！

网络的高速发展，真是一日千里。在现实生活中，网络就像无声无形的电波，它无处不在，它正以惊人的速度改变着我们的传统生活模式，快速、便捷地服务着我们的日常生活。
可是，由于多方面的原因，我一直未能紧跟时代的步伐，学习掌握电脑知识，更别说操作使用电脑了。我有时竟认为，自己都五十大几的人了，还学那玩意儿干什么？几千年来没有电脑，人们不照样生活得好好的？
其实，在我的内心深处，不敢学电脑，是因为我心虚，是因为我畏惧电脑。我们这个年纪的人，当年上学时连课本都没有，整天就是接受贫下中农再教育。汉语拼音就像云山雾罩中的一个个音符一般，在我的大脑里宛如一团雾水、满脑浆糊。五笔字根就更像一条条鳝鱼，抓起了这条跑了那条。故我常常是望电脑兴叹，学电脑怯步。每每看到年轻人玩起电脑来弹指如飞、得心应手，我好生羡慕与嫉妒。
在去年2月过完春节后，我经过反复的思想斗争，终于鼓起勇气买来了《电脑入门》和《五笔字型输入法》等书籍，开始日夜钻研起来。真是岁月不饶人哦，曾经记忆力还可以的我，如今学起东西来，居然边学边忘、越记越混，将近一个来月，学习进展缓慢，弄得我好伤心、好沮丧。
一开始学写文章，常常出现：不是把字写错了就是把字打错了，总之每篇文章里，总能找到几个错别字或出现词不达意的句子，写作技巧就别谈了。
通过学习电脑，我逐渐明白：世间做任何事情，都不要以为开始得太晚，就轻言放弃学习新的知识与技能的机会，只要我们从今天开始，从现在做起，就永远不为晚，总会来得及。任何事情，只要我们努力做了，都会有所收获。
我们这代人，由于遭遇了文革动乱的十年，遇到了知识无用论影响的十年，因而缺失了许多青少年时期就该学习的许多书本知识。进入壮年后，又因为上有老、下有小的`生活压力，终日为了生计而劳碌奔波、四处漂泊；学习知识成了我们心中深眠的梦呓、成了现实生活中遥远的奢望。如今步入老年后，身心相对轻闲了，我们就应该抓紧时间、亡羊补牢，争分夺秒地把缺失的知识补回来，把有用的知识学起来，当我们有朝一日离开这个世界时，我们不至于因虚度光阴而哀叹、而惋惜。
读书之乐何处寻，数点梅花天地心。愿我们从现在开始，活到老，学到老，让我们曾经苍白的大脑充盈起来，让我们的夕阳，同样绽放出绚丽的光彩。

第二天我和爸爸妈妈备齐了装备出发了，本来一坐车就晕的.我这次却没了晕车的感觉，或许是因为兴奋的缘由吧早把它抛到九霄云外了。到了游泳馆换好泳衣我就迫不及待得要往泳池里跳，爸爸拦住我说：先不急着下水，我们要先慢慢适应一下水温，防止抽筋，哦，原来还有这么一说啊。过了一会我终于还是按耐不住了，套上救生圈跳到水里，我试着手脚不停得扑腾，打出了大片的浪花可就是原地不动，难道是因为救生圈的缘故？我甩开救生圈再试试，结果更糟糕的事情发生了，我双脚一离地，手脚还没来的及忙乎整个人就沉到水底了，喝了好几口水。爸爸赶忙把我托起来，说：心急吃不了热豆腐，学游泳要慢慢来。爸爸又给我做了一个示范，我看着看着自己也做起来，手脚配合来回动，虽然总是失败，但我不会气馁。今天虽然没能学会游泳但却也掌握了些许要领，时间过得飞快，转眼间3个小时过去了，该回家了，明天继续，学会为止。
