这天，喜鹊宝宝早早就起来喊肚子饿：“妈妈、妈妈，快给我找吃的`、快给我找吃的!”喜鹊妈妈赶紧飞出去找。
过了一会儿，喜鹊宝宝急切地说：“妈妈怎么还没回来，我都快饿坏了!”
正在这时候，妈妈回来了，喜鹊妈妈降落到鸟窝上。喜鹊宝宝张开小嘴巴，说：“这是什么新玩意，头回冒烟的?快给我吃!”
喜鹊妈妈嘴里叼着一根烟，说：“先别着急，你猜猜这是什么东西?”
喜鹊宝宝眼睛眨了眨，说：“这是“冒烟虫”!”
喜鹊妈妈半信半疑地说：“应该是吧。刚刚麻鹰对我说这是危险物品，叫——烟。吃了会死的，可是我不相信，因为人类也照样吃，但会不会死我就不知道了。”
喜鹊宝宝根本就没听，只看着那条东西，眼睛也不眨一下，说：“不管什么三七二十一了，有得吃就行了!”
喜鹊妈妈说：“那倒是，吃吧!”说完，喜鹊妈妈就把香烟放在喜鹊宝宝的嘴里。
喜鹊宝宝吞下去以后，“咳咳，咳”地咳了起来。忽然，声音停了。
喜鹊妈妈看了看，宝宝死了，喜鹊妈妈后悔没有听麻鹰的劝告，依依不舍地流下了眼泪。

吸烟的危害尽人皆知，但“吸烟”仍然成为当今一个极为普遍的现象。从年迈的爷爷、奶奶到十几岁的青年都有“人手一支烟”这种不良嗜好。香烟，竟有这样的魔力，让瘾君子如此迷恋。禁烟，竟有这样的困难，让戒烟者痛苦万分。
记得，我小时候就看过姥爷吸烟的模样。据说，姥爷已经有几十年的“烟龄”了。他老人家常常右手持烟，叼入口里深吸一口，那样子别提多满足、自在了。然后，几个白色的烟圈便从他嘴里慢慢地吐出来，可又从两个鼻孔里吸了回去，就这样进进出出，好似龙王爷吞云吐雾一般。到最后，浓浓的烟雾又从他嘴里喷薄而出，空气里立刻弥漫着一股烟草刺鼻的辣味。我站在一旁，被姥爷吐出的“二手烟”呛得不停地咳嗽，连忙冲他大喊：“姥爷，别吸烟了！别吸烟了！”姥爷却手一扬，满不在乎地笑了笑，嘴里不经意地露出了黄斑斑的牙齿，说：“丫头片子管什么！我身体好着呢，能出啥事儿！”说着，又掏出一支烟，美滋滋地递到嘴边。有时姥爷烟瘾上来了，多吸了几支，不免遭姥姥埋怨。“你呀你，唉，让人怎么说呢。说了多少次“吸烟有害健康”，你怎么不听劝呢？”姥爷却仍不当回事：“饭后一支烟，身体赛过活神仙，没事没事。”说话间又去吐烟圈去了。后来，在我上一年级的时候，姥爷因为吸烟过多，整天咳嗽个不停，愁眉不展。我知道，如果姥爷早点听从我们的忠告，把吸烟的陋习戒掉，现在也不至于如此痛苦。

I attended Jack's birthday party tonight. After dinner, Jack gave cigarets to our boy students present.
At the important moment, I stop them and told them the bad effects of smoking: firstly Smoking is a waste of money and it's greatly harmful to our health. And it can lead to fires easily. So we should not smoke at all.
But it seemed helpless and they wouldn't listen to me. Somebody even said that body and health belonged to themselves and it's up to them to decide whether to smoke or not. I told him calmly, "Even if you have the right to harm your own body, but it doesn't mean that you have the same right to harm others'."
At last, they agreed with me, and some students said that they would never smoke any longer.
For the next one hour, we danced and sang happily, and nobody did smoke again.I felt very happy that my classmate all understood the harmness of smoking.
