我们在生活中也要比较擅长的去运用这种效应，比如说我们可以嗯逼自己在一定时间内完成什么目标。假如我们想在这个时间里完成这个，但是呢总是会犯懒，那么我们可以给自己一个心理暗示，比如说这个东西明天就要交了，我今天必须弄完以来可以以此来激励自己来逼着自己把这些事情做好。所以希望大家在生活中可以多多运用这种激励效应，激励效应可以更好地激励我们去做某些事情。不会出现让自己有日复一日年复一年的感觉，觉得每天都是只是机械的在重复昨天而已。这样的话，我觉得每天每个人都会有新的收获，新的体验，而且我们也许可以腾出时间来干更多有意义的事，让每天变得不一样。不再如机械一般的生活。
希望我们每个人都可以在生活中和学习中取得较大的进展，通过激励效应的使用。希望我们的社会可以更加美好，希望我们每个人都可以为社会主义添砖加瓦，为建设社会主义核心价值社会贡献上一份自己微薄的力量。
